You guys have kava tablets, damn. I heard that form isn't as powerful as traditional method. Anybody here that xan give me an anecdote on its efficiency.?

It's about as close to traditionally prepared kava as you can get in a tablet. It's not 100% there, but I would say it is 85% of the way there.

We have found that total kavalactone percentage is a poor indicator of kava quality. We tested a lot of kava over the past 2 years. Some of them were 70% kavalactones. There was almost no correlation to total kavalactone
