Kavalactone content in Kava

I see that there is a minimum of 10% kavalactones in the Noble Kava tablets - so at least 100 mg in each tablet. Per Examine, if not the WS1490 extract, should aim for 250 mg kavalactones. Are most people doing two tablets? Just trying to figure out proper dosage per the studies.

It's going to depend on the person. Some people get strong effects with a single tablet. Some do two. Others do three. It just depends on a lot of personal factors. Starting with one to see how you feel is a good idea. Then you can adjust up from there. You can't take less once you have swallowed it, so starting lower is a good idea.

We have found that total kavalactone percentage is a poor indicator of kava quality. We tested a lot of kava over the past 2 years. Some of them were 70% kavalactones. There was almost no correlation to total kavalactone
