Does anybody's $25 scale work

Everttime I test the scale with the 10 gran weight it fails. It shows anywhere from 99.95 to 66.44 grams. Is this a Chinese toy? It casts doubt on the purity of the products and the integrity of the whole company. I became suspicious just by eyeballing the amounts in the pan.

Every single scale we sell is tested and calibrated by us before we okay them for sale. We pull aside any out of spec and scrap them. They don't get sold to customers. The testing and calibration of the approved ones is logged on a sticker on the inside of the box lid. You can see the results of that testing. Furthermore, they have a lifetime warranty. If there is an issue after it is sold, we will replace it. This is all done for $25... That's pretty crazy when you think about it. Nobody else is testing, calibrating, certifying, and giving lifetime warranties on $25 scales.
If you don't have the scale on a level surface, or you have it next to electronic devices or under air vents, it can affect how it reads. 95% of the issues customers are seeing are environmental, and go away when we help them troubleshoot via email support. Any that can't be rectified via troubleshooting are replaced. It has a lifetime warranty.
