ND's mushroom sourcing

Original post in this thread

Does anyone know where Nootropics Depot gets their mushrooms for their extracts, I am currently working on a marketing project and since they do not have a lot of outward distribution channel variation(only through their website) my professor was wondering if i can elaborate on their inbound distribution(honestly not sure if im using this terminology right marketing is just one of those required classes so i am not too good at it) and my paper is specifically centered around their lions mane extract

Edit: should’ve clarified more wondering if they grow it in house or get it from an outside source I don’t think my prof is expecting me to find out who they buy from

We have relationships with farms and extraction partners that make things to our specifications. We also are building our own mushroom growing facility for specific things. Lion's mane is one of them. We have one of the worlds foremost lion's mane researchers on our team, and we are doing some really cool things with forcing the lion's mane to make more of the compounds we want. We have even built R&D growing machines that could revolutionize how mushrooms are grown. We are in the process of discussing how to scale them up to production machines, and patenting the various pieces and technologies we have developed along the way. These days we are very protective over what we do, because everyone copies us and steals our stuff if we are not. It can get very cutthroat between competition in this industry. That's at the forefront of our mind every single day, so we account for that in everything we do.

Is ND done launching new products?

We are absolutely NOT done with new products. We are in the thick of development for a bunch of them. Some of them are just taking longer than expected to get perfect, so we have had a lull in releases. That's just becau

Sigma - New supplement containing Tongkat Ali made in collaboration with A.Huberman.

There are so many bullshit tongkats on the market now, especially after Huberman went on Rogan. I am just going to be very direct here, as I no longer have the time nor the energy for bullshit. Anyone selling a 200:1 ton

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb asked me to post the Lab Testing COAs I received from Bulk Supplements (Below)

That's about what I expected. These are just internal COAs. To start, analyzing nitrogen content is not an appropriate methodology for amino acid assay. This is the same shit China got away with on infant formula and spi

Nootropics Depot not posting negative review

So we had to deal with some pretty big lawsuits last year. I wish I could say that is new, but I deal with half a dozen lawsuits every year. I just settled one two days ago, in fact. I have two more I am dealing with rig

ConsumerLab's Ashwagandha report: KSM and Shoden

I have already reached out to our lawyers on this. I am sick of Consumer Lab ranking products using shoddy chemistry! Consumer Lab is using methods to quantify withanolides that only look at a small portion of them in th
