Refrigerating coq10 cf and tripple strength fish oil

I noticed both of those products were inside a cooling pack. Does it mean that I should store them in a refrigerator? If not do I have to store them in a refrigerator after I open them?
What they were answering

When I got 3 bottles of q10 in the winter, it shipped along with 3 cold packs.
I threw my q10 in the fridge, and put my NMN in a box with the 3 cold packs inside.
I think this can keep the NMN cool and dry. I don't put NMN in the fridge since the moisture might degrade it.
How long can the cold packs work, assuming a room temperature of 30 C?

Cold packs act as both a way to keep a package cold and as a heat sink to soak up any heat that it is exposed to. However, they are unnecessary in the winter; especially 3 of them in one package. I will speak to my warehouse team about it.
As to how long they last, that depends on the outside temperature.
