I noticed both of those products were inside a cooling pack. Does it mean that I should store them in a refrigerator? If not do I have to store them in a refrigerator after I open them?

They are fine at room temperature. However, they are more stable in the fridge, so it just depends on how long you want to store them for. If you are going to use them all in a few months, the fridge is not necessary.
