MicroMag - Lecithin Content?
Original post in this thread

I'm interested in sucrosomial magnesium. I noticed another brand of it mentions sunflower lecithin in the ingredients. I take it lecithin is part of how sucrosomial mag works. So does nootropics depot's contain lecithin as well? If so, how much?
The reason being, i try to avoid choline supplementation at all cost, since I badly react to high amounts. If it's a negligible amount that's fine, but if each pill contains a gram of lecithin, I'd be concerned.

We are going to have to get with Alesco on it. That information is nowhere in their paperwork or documentation. I am not sure where Pure Encapsulations got it from. Also, just because something is used in the production process doesn't mean it should be listed as an ingredient. We don't list the precursors used in the synthesis of L-theanine as other ingredients, since they are no longer present in the same form in the final product. Sunflower lecithin being used to make the sucrosome surrounding the magnesium doesn't mean it is in there freely as an ingredient. Listing it as they are doing might not be proper, per FDA regulations. We will have to check with Alesco on it, though.
