Hi guys
Do you have any experience with lisophosphatidylcholine (LPC) form of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) ? Is it available on the market?

If you don't mind me asking, why? It was LPC DHA that really increased brain levels in that rat study, no?

Because, at least for me, the effects of phosphatidylserine are more interesting than phosphatidylcholine. I can get depressed with too much choline. However, DHA and phosphatidylserine are closely linked for alleviating depressive symptoms.
