I’m curious about this nootropic and what it does.
What are the mechanisms of actions this nootropic does? What are the reported effects/ benefits that it can do? I’m curious

Makes sense, thanks for the reply.
Do you perhaps have any takes on reversing really extreme avoidance behavior? I still have a lot of ADHD symptoms and dopaminergics help, but I'd just like to excise as much of the sense of "trying to do anything ever means pain and must be avoided no matter what" that I've developed over the years as possible. So far the only things I can think of(aside from non-substance interventions of course) would be Semax(as it likely reverses avoidance directly by MC4R antagonism necessary to flip dopaminergic signals from reward to aversion) and psychedelics.

That's also a tough one. I think that is going to take some mental training. What all have you tried? Have you tried something simple like L-theanine? Low magnesium levels can be correlated with avoidance behavior, too. Maybe Micromag would be good to try. Testosterone and cortisol also play a role in avoidance behavior. I wonder if you would benefit from tongkat ali?
