Do you think it has merit for managing major cognitive decline caused by Sleep Disordered Breathing that I'm (still imperfectly) managing with PAP therapy? I find myself struggling to function sufficiently to pursue further treatment.

It's really hard for me to say, because there is not a lot of scientific studies on it.
