German customs letter for nootropic order. How to react?

So 2 weeks ago I've bought (From US to EU) (ND):
1 × Phosphatidylserine Softgels
1 × N-Acetyl L-Cysteine Capsules
1 × Noopept
1 × Milk Thistle Extract
1 × Creatine Monohydrate
1 × Citicoline
Now here in Germany, a letter from the customs arrived today, saying that I should please visit them to get it back. (paying fees and taking a look at it) How should I proceed? Can't really find accurate laws regarding Noopept.
I've heard that the appearance to such an event would be considered as a confirmation of the purchase. Could there be any legal consequences here? How are the odds they will just hand it out to me?
I've just started my apprenticeship in a state institution, so I'm kind of worried here. Possibly unfounded.
Any recommendations/experience?.

u/misteryouaresodumb Grumpy woman on my phone told me the order costs were labeled wrong (too low). Unlucky I guess. Don't know if that was the major reason tho (she also told me the "Acetyl" was "suspicious"). Just to let you know for a better overview. I could get it send back but they would take a look at the substances anyway so yeah. Annoying.

Yeah, they are dumb. Canada said we couldn't import black hoof mushroom because it contained cattle hooves... We have had some countries get upset over the word acetyl, too. The same goes for methyl. Can't use the word methyl or they freak out. Has to be methamphetamine! God help you label something as Nigella sativa in certain countries. They think anything with the word sativa is weed. Doesn't matter that sativa is Latin for cultivated. Doesn't matter that oats are Avena sativa. They are all idiots.
Who is she to say they were labeled too low in value? You are our customer, and we will provide you with an invoice that matches what was on the manifest.
