ND's Lions Mane 1:1 is giving me anxiety is that normal? I also felt a little spaced out talking to clients today.

Erinacine E is a kappa opioid agonist. That can cause that spaced out effect sometimes. However, our 1:1 shouldn't really have any, since that is mostly found in the mycelium. It's possible there is another compound in there with similar affinities we have no discovered yet. What dose are you taking and how long have you been taking it?
