That depends on the specific compound. 100% of them will be stable for a minimum of 2 years, but most are stable much longer. Some we have seen zero degradation even after 5 years. It really does depend on the compound, though. The more hygroscopic ones can absorb moisture and clump up. That makes them harder to use, but doesn't really affect the potency. Nothing is going to break down into harmful compounds. Anything that dose break down a bit will just become slightly less effective. The most susceptible to degradation are usually oils, due to the possibility of oxidation. So fish oils would be the ones that expire soonest, at 2 years.
