EGCG seems to make my ADHD worse.

I started on EGCG recently and have noticed my ADHD medication has not worked as effectively ( seems to wear off faster) and my mood is a little off.
Is it possible for EGCG to have an interaction between EGCG and Adderall? Or an SSRI?

oh wow that very well may be it.
Do you think that I should just take EGCG before bed? Or the issue would remain because the dopamine doesnt just go away that fast?
Also wondering if you have ever come across this issue,
or have any thoughts on interaction of EGCG with adderall (which releases a lot of dopamine and can cause stress) or an antidepresasnt? /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb I got the EGCG from ND, and the background you do is always extensive.
From my limited knowledge retention of too much dopamine regularly is not something you want.

You can do 23andMe testing, then put your results through Genetic Genie, and it will show you your mutations surrounding COMT. That would give you some info on your reaction.
