Have you ever pondered upon or even planned on doing the modifications you've done to Semax and many other peptides (Acetylation, Amidation, Adamantification)? Would be extremely intriguing to try it, I'm honestly perplexed it hasn't been done yet.

Thank you for the clarification and forgive my ignorance. Is there any modification at all you think could be done to Noopept for improved potency/bioavailability, or half-life?

Not that would be obvious, no. Noopept works because it is an efficient way to get cycloprolylglycine into the body. The more change you make to that side of things, the more likelihood it alters its affinities.
