How long til peak plasma concentration of LM 8:1?

Dealing with some Ed likely because of my brilliant choice to start with 2 grams a day right off the bat. Overly ambitious, I know. Anyone able to answer the title question for me? If this has been already posted I will delete later. Thanks in advance.

The human clinical studies on lion's mane all are looking at effects over weeks/months. We can only speculate on peak plasma concentrations. Effects certainly build over time, so peak plasma concentrations of one of the actives would be a poor measure of time to efficacy, anyway.
