Hydrafinil is not even an afinil, just the name is similar for commercial purposes

I named it Hydrafinil back on Ceretropic. We were the first to bring it out. My thought was that it was a eugeroic similar to modafinil with a hydroxyl group, thus Hydrafinil. In hindsight I would have not named it that. There were some discussions here on Reddit when we released it about the name. Now everyone is just copying what I named it. Technically I still own common law rights to the trademark. If I wanted to be a dick, I could sue everyone to have them stop using the name.
