If someone has any idea how much triterpenoids % are there Red reishi 8:1 ?
As the description says high amount of triterpenoids and beta glucan.
But recently I saw It might just have 2% while real mushroom reishi has 4% wouldn't that make it better ? (Also ik extracting triterpenoids is much difficult but still)
I know ND has lidicspore reishi with 30% triterpenoids and I will give that a try sometime later but if anyone has idea of 8:1 let me know thanks!
As I'm looking to buy my mushroom stack Lion's mane and reishi again later and 180oct this time.
It has been great just using it for a month but just wanted to clear this question I had in mind.
What they were answering

I vaguely remember a long time ago ND sourced the Nammex extract which was originally labelled as 4% triterpenes, then later changed to 2%. Did ND change the supplier earlier this year?
I was skeptical about how much triterpenes was in the Reishi 415. The real mushroom guys replied saying they are using a different extract from ND, and it has 4.87% triterpenes. I didn't ask for proof tho.
Real mushrooms only sells the 1:1 lions mane and cordyceps.

Nammex changed their specification multiple times. I don't trust the numbers from the lab they were using. We have been working on better methods, but it is taking time. Believe it or not, accurate testing for triterpenes in reishi is very difficult. There are no validated methods or standards for it, so any labs doing it are winging it with their own methods and standards. Validity of measurement results is paramount to me. If I am not 100% confident in the scientific validity of something, I remove the claim till we can prove it.
