Are these 2 products of the same quality?

I've used capsules in the past and really enjoyed it. Now I've ordered powder and do not find the same result nor the same "muddy" taste.
Please note that in each case, i take it sublingual. I open the capsule and pour the powder under my tongue and same for bulk powder.
I use empty capsule to measure powder so it's not a matter of dosage neither assuming it's the exact same powder?!?

Yes, they are the same. Ixoreal is who makes KSM-66, and it is a patented process that they control batch-to-batch. It is a plant, though. So color, smell, and taste can vary a bit. The only difference between the raw material used in our powder jars, and the one used in our capsules, is the mesh size. We use 300mesh for the powder and 80 mesh for the capsules. 80 mesh runs much better on encapsulation machines, whereas 300mesh is a nice fine mesh for powder runs. However, it's the same extract.
What's the lot number on your bottle and jar? I can pull up our lab data on it. We developed more advanced analytical methods for ashwagandha for our Shoden project, which we can use on KSM-66. The normal USP ashwagandha methods don't work for KSM-66. Luckily we did a lot of work on making much more accurate methods than USP because of our work on the Shoden ashwagandha we released. Nobody else in the world likely has this assay data for KSM-66, other than Arjuna, because we worked with them to develop the methods and validations.
I talked about the Shoden partnership in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/NootropicsDepot/comments/i1w47y/shoden_ashwagandha/

KSM-66 is a patented extract controlled by Ixoreal, though. It's their extract that they produce in their own controlled manner. We verify that it matches what KSM-66 is supposed to be, and that it meets our more strict heavy metals levels. However, what determines what KSM-66 is supposed to be is up to Ixoreal Biomed. It's their extract, and they control the process in making it. If you can get me the lot numbers of your jar and bottle, I can get some side-by-side lab data showing you they match.
