Are these 2 products of the same quality?

I've used capsules in the past and really enjoyed it. Now I've ordered powder and do not find the same result nor the same "muddy" taste.
Please note that in each case, i take it sublingual. I open the capsule and pour the powder under my tongue and same for bulk powder.
I use empty capsule to measure powder so it's not a matter of dosage neither assuming it's the exact same powder?!?

Here is some lab data for you to compare. We have retained samples of KSM-66 going back many years now. We monitor variability over time.
Here is the HP-TLC of the 80 mesh KSM-66.
You can see the 80 mesh batch in lanes 10-12 at increasing concentrations. Lane 7-9 is the reference standard for what KSM-66 should be at increasing concentrations. Lanes 1-3 are generic ashwagandha leaf reference material and lanes 4-6 are generic ashwagandha root reference material.
Here is the HP-TLC of the 300 mesh KSM-66.
Lanes 4-5 are the 300 mesh at increasing concentrations, and lane 3 is the KSM-66 reference standard. Lane 1 is generic ashwagandha leaf and lane 2 is generic ashwagandha root reference materials.
Here is the HP-TLC of the finished capsules, which use the 80 mesh raw material.
The finished capsule batch is lanes 6-7, and the KSM-66 reference material is lanes 4-5. You can see that all the batches of KSM-66 are identical to each other. They are also much different than generic root or leaf botanical reference materials. We do not accept batches unless they match our reference material for what KSM-66 should be. We do not allow variability between batches for capsules and batches for powders.
