Really, I just wanted to say how awesome ND is. I’m pretty new to the scene, trying new things and such. Its kinda ridiculous (in a good way) that my order can go from “confirmed” to “shipped” in 7 minutes lol
Keep it up MYASD!!

Hey if I can draw your attention here for a minute, I was hoping to get your take on berberine and milk thistle dosing, if you have the info!

That's a difficult thing to answer simply. The best we have to go on is an increase in efficacy.
The comparison of the results obtained from treatment with Berberol (Berberis aristata and Silybum marianum) against those obtained from the administration of Berberis aristata alone indicates that HbA1c is the parameter that most benefits from the presence of silymarin. Indeed, glycosylated hemoglobin reduced by 7.2% approximately following the administration of 1,000 mg berberine and by about 12.3% following the administration of 1,000 mg berberine and 210 mg silymarin.
So combining berberine with silymarin reduced glycosylated hemoglobin by 12.3%, where berberine alone lowered is 7.2%. That's about a 1.7X increase in effect. That's just one measure, though. So it is hard to say it makes it 1.7X more effective across the board, but that's a good starting place.
I don't see any reason why 250mg of milk thistle 3X per day would be unsafe.
