Please do make a business out of suing all those companies! Please! Someone has to do it! Regular consumers can’t, but maybe you can and make some money in the process. They need to have the shit sued out of them!

Nah, that's not what I am about. It feels too much like legal extortion. That's not my mission. I want to lead positive change, not negative. Plus, it can have unintended side effects and blowback on the industry as a whole. This is why we are very careful about what we do. I am trying to avoid industry blowback just as much as I am trying to avoid legal issues for us. I am just saying that there are lawyers out there that form their whole business model around suing companies in this manner, and almost everyone out there could be a target for them. So companies need to start being smarter for their own legal security.
What I am going to do is try to lead positive change in the industry from the inside. I am hoping to one day setup an industry group that helps companies to comply with things. We will educate them on what they are violating, how they could be sued for it, then help them to rectify it. I feel that is a much less "piece of shit" way of handling the situation. As much as I would love to sue some of the people out there, I hold back because I want to protect the industry and community as a whole. If we start going scorched Earth on lawsuits, the FDA will take notice. Then it can set off a chain of events that might harm the nootropics market as a whole. That's the last thing I want. I am okay taking a few for the team right now if it means we don't destroy the entire market with hotheadedness.
