I remember Nammex used to say that there were no good standards of quantifying the triterpenes % in reishi mushrooms. There are over a hundred kinds of triterpenoids. Depending on the growing and cultivation condition, the % of each type can vary significantly.
I think the claimed 4.87% was from a 2018 lab report, and they are still saying it's the same % in their 2019 batch, which makes me a little skeptical.
I bought 20-30 bottles of Reishi 415 earlier this year for friends and family. I think I need to be careful next time. It's definitely not a good sign if my Reishi 415 is in fact a Reishi 215. Triterpenes are why I take Reishi, and not other mushroom products.
Are the Real Mushroom guys active on Reddit?

Realmushrooms explained that they are using a different 16:1 extract from ND.

Yeah, I would be as well.
