How it end up that there more tablets in bottle than should be?
For example in my NMN bottle there 62 tablets instead of 60.
I mean if its not accurate than sometime i guess it could be lower than expected instead of higher, which wont be good as in current case where its more than should be
How counting is happening at all ? ( obv not by hand xD )

It's a shame, because the site is such a good idea. But the first thing I checked there was some 10,000 UI D3 pill and they gave it a low score because that's way more than the RDA... As if there aren't legitimate uses for that. Then one of ND products got a low score for overshooting the stated concentration or something like that. I guess they're good for double-checking if your fish oil has mercury, but not much beyond that.

Heavy metals are the only measure I would trust with them, and that's because heavy metals testing is easy. ICP-MS for heavy metals is pretty much the same in every product. You don't need specific methods for each and every product out there.
I told them their top value panax ginseng product wasn't even panax ginseng, and it took them almost a YEAR to admit it. I handed them all the data and explanations they needed to fix it in a week or two. I explained the entire analytical issue with panax ginseng via PM. It stayed yup as their #1 rated panax ginseng for a FUCKING YEAR before they PMed me admitting I was right about it. Did they write a big retraction, and apologize to people for recommending a COMPLETELY FAKE PRODUCT for a year? NOPE! Any site that recommends a completely fake product as their number one value, even for a year after someone alerts them to it, does not have the consumer as their top priority. They are about their affiliate commissions. I mean, they are venture capital backed... They are there to make money off you, not help you. A fucking year! Totally fake!
