How it end up that there more tablets in bottle than should be?
For example in my NMN bottle there 62 tablets instead of 60.
I mean if its not accurate than sometime i guess it could be lower than expected instead of higher, which wont be good as in current case where its more than should be
How counting is happening at all ? ( obv not by hand xD )

You wouldn't be the only one! We do things like this for a reason. We have seen a lot of things over the years. Our QA/QC department actually weighs every single jar coming off the line to make sure they are in spec, and hand counts 10% of them. I even recently just bought a $50,000 checkweigher that can weigh every single capsule. We go a bit crazy ensuring things are always in spec. I always want people to feel like we are going above and beyond to ensure things are always correct for them. To do that, we actually have to go above and beyond to do it.
