My Experience with Lion’s Mane

Original post in this thread

I bought 90 capsules of Lions Mane about two months ago. I've been taking two capsules (so one gram) a day. I really haven't noticed anything. Well, last week, I decided to double my dose and take two grams a day.

I actually notice the effects. I am more energetic and awake after two grams of lion’s mane. Yesterday I started taking two grams with piperine, and it feels even stronger than before. Maybe it's placebo.

So, if lion’s mane isn't working for you, try and go up on your dose. I wish I had done this sooner; it's actually mentally stimulating and anxiolytic.

On another note, has anyone else tried lion’s mane with piperine? I understand how piperine potentiates other noots, but I'm not sure if this would have any real effect on lions mane or if it's in my head.

to prevent the fraud and fake shit

yeah, I've seen stories (probably here on reddit) of illegally copied medical textbooks being sold on Amazon, where the copying had introduced potentially fatal errors in dosing or other measurements.

There's so much fake shit on Amazon, it's staggering. It truly is amazing that Amazon have built such a massive organization around such an absolute garbage of a framework. It should be studied at university. Anyone that works with Amazon knows they are total shit. They knows their systems are garbage. They know everyone is selling fake shit and breaking the rules. However, they have so much market share that you have to work with them. I would be more than happy to drop Amazon at a moment's notice, and I have a feeling most brands feel the same; other than the ones that gamed the system and are currently at the top.

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp
