Best Products For Headaches?

I seem to get tension headaches quite often and not 100% sure what it’s from. I don’t think it’s stress but again not 100% sure. Just wondering if there are any supplements that can help reduce the pain from headaches at ND?

Have there been any more thoughts on a sublingual active B complex? Active Bs (B12 especially) + uridine is the most effective thing for my migraines, but I have yet to see a B complex formulation I like.

We want to do one, but we want to do it in a sublingual tablet. We are still working on the formulation on that, though.
