“Item has arrived in Canada and will be presented for review” - Does anyone know what this means? Is this essentially a random check and increases odds of duties/stuff getting confiscated (for the over 90 days of supply rule or whatever it is)?
Thanks

Just for reference: the order through DHL where I said I was getting the run around on - hasn't shown up yet. But my 2nd order which was placed a week or so after the DHL one, has just arrived via Canada Post. I won't be using DHL again, that's for sure. Canada Post didn't ask me for any details, unlike DHL.

When it gets delivered Canada Post, it clears through a totally different customs area. DHL Express goes through a completely private customs clearance. They have different customs agents in a different area. Perhaps the private clearance is giving issues right now, where the public clearance is not. Did you second package get inspected, or just waved through?
