I really have not gotten any perceivable effects from the saffron I have tried. I've tried Life Extension's one and Mehr Saffron. Can't say I noticed anything. I still need to do more research, and figure out what would make a good extract, before I continue my trials.

I did some trials on that. I wanted to try making our own generic instead. The saffron industry is so full of fraud and fake saffron, it's nuts.
