It can be an issue, but usually not that bad. Was it around very humid air when stored? We just opened two jars from the shelf to make sure things were fine, and they were good. Here is the pic: https://imgur.com/a/DLme

It's more prone to it than the rosea extract, but should not turn into a rock like that. You might consider having a glass jar with rubber seal that you store the jar in with a desiccant. Glass is the best for moisture b

See, this is why I try to explain that we are all so different. For the average person, the crenulata is stimulating. However, some people have paradoxical reactions to things.
Replying to anexanhume · Rhodiola Rosea is now endangered, so unless ND changes to a synthesized version like NNB is doing, it may go away.
We are actually working with a company that is cell culturing plants in vats, and Rhodiola is one of them. We think that is the future, if they can bring costs down.

Plant extracts always have more in them than just the main standardized actives. Crenulata is a pretty cool one that gets overshadowed by the rosea species. I think sometimes it gets a bad name because at lot of dishones
