Is there a reason, safety or otherwise why there isn't an all in one supplement?

I have been researching what I essentially believe are the best things you can put in your body. A combination of anti-cancer, brain boosting, virus fighting, pineal gland opening things. Here is that list:

1. Chlorella
2. Iodine
3. Oregano Oil
4. Apple Cider Vinegar
5. Beet Juice
6. Raisins
7. Raw Cacao
8. Chamomile
9. Pine Bark
10. Lavender Bud
11. Wild Indigo Bark
12. Violet
13. Licorice
14. Ginseng

I see that you can buy all of these things individually as supplements. But why isn't there something like drops/pills that combine all of these together? The closest thing I found is a company called Athletic Greens that does a mixture of a bunch of stuff but its not quite as potent or these specifically.

Edit: Thanks for the comment so far, can anyone tell me if there is at least something similar to this like some supplement that combines a bunch of different ones.

Ohh man, I would have to really do some research and start testing solvents. Some useful solvents would be water, PEG400, and propylene glycol. Pretty much anything dissolves in DMSO, but I have found that can make you smell. So I avoid DMSO if I can.
