Correct. They are stable in all pH environments. The issue is poor membrane permeability. So you want the most time in contact with the mucous membranes as you can. This means the faster the tablets dissolve, the better.

200mg of the 2% is plenty fine. I have taken varying doses, and even combined the two extract together. I think 200mg of the 2% is a good dose to start with and see how you react first.
