The powder is cheaper than the capsules... Are you sure you are calculating it right?
I calculated the following with a dose of 200mg daily and 30 days per month:
* powder, 15g, 22.99$: 22.99$/(15g/0.2g/30days)=9.196$ per month
* powder, 30g, 39.99$: 39.99$/(30g/0.2g/30days)=7.998$ per month
* capsules, 60ct, 19.99$: 19.99$/(60ct/30days)=9.995$ per month
* capsules, 120ct, 34.99$: 34.99$/(120ct/30days)=8.7475$ per month
So the capsules are only about 1-2$ cheaper per month.
Are you just wondering why the disparity is not as high as some other powders vs. capsules?
Yes. Makes sense with the loss of product in the encapsulation process. Though even with a very small loss of powder I would have imagened the encapsulation to add more cost to the final product.
I almost miss that nasty ass taste in my mouth!!! My brain started to associate that with the start of my day, and the energy it gave me.
Yes haha, that's exactly what I meant!
I was trialing both the 2% and 10% extracts as powders for many months. I was trying all sorts of doses and ratios.
Not sure if that can be put into words, but from your testing, how do 100mg of the 10% feel compared to 500mg of the 2%? I have the 2% on the way now, so my plan is to test 200mg first, but later also 500mg so I can estimate if the 10% would be too strong for me and if I get insomnia. So I'm wondering how the 10% would f…

I think we also wanted to keep the capsules under $20 for mental reasons as well. So we took a hit to our margin to do that. It seems silly, but that small difference affects more people than you realize. Having it be $19.99 instead of $20.99 leads to more sales.

You probably won't notice too much of a difference, honestly. They both do a good job of keeping the ratios to the raw root.
