It's great, isn't it? I love the energy it gives me. However, I only dose once in the AM. I never re-dose during the day. I would probably have the same issues with sleep if I did. It's more of a morning one. It's best suited for right as you wake up for energy throughout the day.
Regarding the tablets we are about to release, they are not enteric. They are regular veggie coated. You want them to start dissolving right away in the stomach. The veggie coating is mostly to make the taste more bearable. However, if you leave it in your mouth it will start dissolving. So you want to swallow it quickly. I have been taking our tablets for a few days now. I FINALLY don't have to put that nasty ass powder in my mouth every morning! LOL
