I ordered something for $ 90 on March 1st and I still haven't received my order.

I paid for the order from the beginning and it was written to me that my package was somewhere in Germany, far from the destination.
I wrote an email to the contact email and received no response. What can I do ?

Our system shows my customer service agent Laura wrote you on the 8th, and that the email was opened.
So someone opened the email response we sent. When our support team sends an email, it actually loads an element on our ticketing server. This is how our system can see if customers have read our messages. Maybe someone else opened it in your email and you didn't see it?
