I had a recent order couple of months of prami, Oxi, Phenylpiracetam & Noopept seized by customs and i got a letter already.
Had you managed to sort a Reshipper in EU.
It's not just about the lost money, but also i didn't find good quality alternative in EU; I've tried another known 3 vendors in EU, neither are reliable in terms of quality.

That's... odd, since it was a Romanian that basically coined the term and came up with the first synthetic nootropic. Not surprised though, our government employees sure like their daily power trips.
When I was getting into nootropics about 6-7 years ago I was still living in Romania and used to go to the local pharmacy and straight up ask for stuff: piracetam, vinpocetine, pyritinol. They were pretty relaxed about it as long as it wasn't a high street kind of place.
Went back on a holiday last year and picked 90x800mg Piracetam for about 6 EUR. That's why I'm not a huge fan of all these Russian vendors selling piracetam for ridiculous prices like 13 EUR for 30x800 mg.

I don't think Romanian customs sees the irony in Corneliu Giurgea being Romanian. LOL
