Recommendation for the Nootropics Depot website

u/misteryouaresodumb I love your products and really appreciate the passion and effort you have put into your businesses over the years. I realize that your website has a blog post which defines your testing standards. However, I would recommend adding a link at the top so that it is easily referenced by new customers. The in-house testing/quality standards link at the bottom is small and hard to find. Another idea is to add an "about us" link at the top that details your quality testing and also includes why you do things the way you do and your efforts to improve the industry.
Another recommendation that I have is to offer a subscribe and save type feature to allow people to sign up to have their supplements auto ship on a recurring basis.

Maybe instead of having to store the bank details for a subscription option, possibly setup an balance on the account that could be deducted similar to store credit funded by your normal payment payment option, not sure if this is possible since your main concern being saved CC details. Just setup a virtual account balance that you can pay into, so the people who would forget they subscribed wouldn't be getting anything they didn't expect and haven't already pre-paid for if they didn't previously topup the prepaid card if you will,
Just a thought for now, it's less convenience and not sure if it could be implemented or if it even addresses the pitfall(s) of the conventional subscription service

That would be rife with fraud. We had to turn off gift certificates because we got hit by a fraud ring that tried over $100,000 in credit card fraud. The could do this because they could get around our address matching. We could not link the shipping address to the billing address, since these gift certificates were not being shipped. So our systems did not catch the fraudulent cards before chargebacks came in. We almost lost our card processor because of it. Then it would be game over for Nootropics Depot. I can't express how close we have been to having ND be no more. Pieces of shit ruin everything for the good people, unfortunately. An account balance system would operate in a similar fashion to a gift certificate system. We have to be able to ship physical orders at the time of charge to prevent fraud from happening. They are sneaky fucks, and are always trying to figure out new ways to screw us. A new strategy popped up in the last month, in fact. I have a very intelligent team, though. We can recognize and catch a lot of this stuff, but they are always figuring out new devious ways to get around our systems. There is fraud attempted every single day on our site. Every single day, of every single month, of every single year. It's nuts.
