u/misteryouaresodumb I love your products and really appreciate the passion and effort you have put into your businesses over the years. I realize that your website has a blog post which defines your testing standards. However, I would recommend adding a link at the top so that it is easily referenced by new customers. The in-house testing/quality standards link at the bottom is small and hard to find. Another idea is to add an "about us" link at the top that details your quality testing and also includes why you do things the way you do and your efforts to improve the industry.
Another recommendation that I have is to offer a subscribe and save type feature to allow people to sign up to have their supplements auto ship on a recurring basis.

That's great to hear about the revamp of the testing blog!
It's funny because I currently am a Director at a national data center and didn't think about those risks (when I know a lot about them). Some of our customers have moved to having a token based credit card system vs storing the cards on their own systems. PCI DSS compliance is no fun. I have assisted a few customers with audits and it blows my mind how much is up to the auditor. Some auditors can be extremely picky and some are not.
I agree that it is sad that there are so many bad actors out there. Most people don't realize that we all indirectly pay for their actions. We really need some serious bank reforms in this country. It's mind-blowing how much they get away with. I was not surprised when the SBA started their Covid loan program and most of the large banks (same banks that were previously bailed out) would not make loans to small businesses. However, I'm going down a rabbit hole.
Thanks for what you do and keep up the good work. I'll still be a customer regardless if subscriptions are offered or not.

We have consumer banking protection laws, but no business banking protection laws. I think that needs to change. There is a reason banks can't just close your accounts and make up rules for consumer accounts. They have to follow the consumer protection statutes in place. They don't have any for business banking, so each bank makes up their own rules. They also don't tell you the rules ahead of time, and if you break one of them, they likely don't even tell you which one you broke when they close your account. It's kind of crazy.
It's my pleasure! I am glad our efforts are appreciated, and that we have stable banking relationships these days.
