What is with the package quality on this? Is this safe?

Really afraid of this packaging wrap on the Uridine I ordered, especially considering the current pandemic.
The Amazon box it shipped in was completely dry and all the other containers/supplements in the box were dry too, except for this. It looks like it's been dumped in god knows what.
It seems really shady.

Thanks for the reply!
One thing I forgot to ask, I've ordered Uridine from ND before and it was great. Definitely can vouch for the powder quality.
The shrink wrap on this Uridiine just seems a bit wrinkled and lower quality compared to the previous Uridine I bought. Is that just an Amazon packaging error or exposure to heat?

The wrinkling would actually be exposure to LESS heat. The more heat it is exposed to, the tighter it shrinks on the bottle. So when they put it through the heat tunnel that day, they either had the belt speed too high, or the heat too low. We try to only use the minimum amount of heat to shrink it for stability purposes. They may have just undershot it that day. They may have had to use a larger size shrink band that day as well. I know we had some supply issues due to shutdowns, and they had to use a larger shrink band on some runs to keep things going. So that could be it as well. If you use a slightly larger shrink band than needed for that size jar, it can give that ripple effect. It's trying to shrink past its ideal diameter, so it bunches up.
