What is with the package quality on this? Is this safe?

Really afraid of this packaging wrap on the Uridine I ordered, especially considering the current pandemic.
The Amazon box it shipped in was completely dry and all the other containers/supplements in the box were dry too, except for this. It looks like it's been dumped in god knows what.
It seems really shady.

Those are the stupid labels Amazon puts on everything sold through there. It's required on any product sold on Amazon without a UPC code on the jar/bottle. We can't fit the size UPC that Amazon needs on those small jars, so they have to slap them on like that. It's annoying, but that's Amazon's rules. Amazon doesn't care about how things look with those labels. They just slap them on however they feel like. It just looks like they chucked it into a shipping box and it rolled around in there, making the paper label look scuffed. Obviously not the nicest looking, but nothing to worry about. Normally they are just on the shrink wrap like you see on the side. However, it looks like they put two on there for some reason. Maybe their scanners were not registering the other, so the put a second one on there? Amazon doesn't really inform us what they do most of the time. They are a shitty company to work with, and that is putting it mildly.
Regarding the powder inside, it should be perfectly fine. There is a shrink band on the outside and an induction seal under the cap. So it is sealed off.
