Long term dosage & composite products

Original post in this thread

Two (three) questions, I hope you don’t mind me combining them.

1) what are some products you recommend for long term dosage and which ones you would recommend cycling? Do you have a list?

2) do you plan on making composite products? There are some on Amazon, the Genius line for example, that seem decent, and more convenient than buying everything separately. I’d rather spend the $$ with you because I know the quality.

Edit: 3) what is your own current stack?

Thanks!

Thanks for the insight.

What about supplements like Ashwagandha or Ginseng? Do you recommend cycling them as well?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb

Yes. I personally like doing shorter cycles more often. So usually I will do like 5 days on 2 days off. That just works best with my body/brain chemistry. Other people have more luck doing like 4 weeks on one week off, or 12 weeks on 1 week off. It just depends on the person. The only things that I don't really cycle off of are vitamins like D3, C, zinc, etc. Also, I take either Epicor or our yeast extract every day, no questions. I had a hell of a time with my immune system after I almost died in India a while back. So I am very particular about ensuring my immune system stays operating properly.

Are 2% tongkat and 10% the same, besides the dose?

They use the same raw material as a starting place, and both use the same solvents in the extraction. However, whenever you alter the extraction to concentrate more of one thing, you inevitably will alter the effects som

Which ashwagandha extract gives the most cost-effective results?

You can't compare them like that, as withanolides are a big grouping of compounds that are all very different from one another. 5% withanolides in one extract could feel totally different than 5% in another extract, base

Lions mane 8:1 extract on amazon has an F on fakespot. Why?

Replying to Fakespot · We can see why this thread would gain a lot of attention due to the F grade for an ND product. Before I dive into the grading, let's talk about the grade itself and what it means.

Hey, Fakespot! Didn't expect that. I am going to forewarn you, this will be a long one. I am going to go into a lot of detail, and I am going to pepper sarcasm and criticism in along the way. Just be prepared (peppered?)

Tiger Milk vs. Lions Mane? Repair Brain from THC use?

Replying to smallorangepopsicle · Lol excellent. Me as well sir, but I take tongkat sporadically bc knee pain. Confuses me as far as keeping an eye on my lyme symptoms. Seems like I read it mitigates glucocorticoid

I actually took a tribulus stack we are working on today, too. So I am extra amped up! LOL The knee pain from tongkat is a drop in estrogen. This is where combining it with horny goat weed and Panax ginseng can help. D
