Long term dosage & composite products

Two (three) questions, I hope you don’t mind me combining them.
1) what are some products you recommend for long term dosage and which ones you would recommend cycling? Do you have a list?
2) do you plan on making composite products? There are some on Amazon, the Genius line for example, that seem decent, and more convenient than buying everything separately. I’d rather spend the $$ with you because I know the quality.
Edit: 3) what is your own current stack?
Thanks!

Hi MYASD, Just on composite products - you don’t use a multi vitamin do you? I’m currently using Life extension 2 a day as it’s best quality for price trade off but your comment make me wonder if it’s even worth it. Just nice to be able to cross off key vits/minerals in one bottle. Would you guys ever consider doing say an 8-10 ingredient multi with only ultra absorbable forms say like ADK + C + Bs + mag + zinc? Or even day/night formula?

I do not use a multivitamin. Usually they are not very good quality. Even the ones that are have to fight the issue that you just can't absorb all vitamins at the same time. Many of them compete with each other. So you have to spread them out. The only multivitamins I think would make sense would be ones that have different capsules/tablets that you take at different times of the day. Perhaps an AM/PM one would work. If we did one, we would likely do that. That way you can spread the ones that compete with each other out over the day.
