Would I be able to import agmatine to the Netherlands?

I read in another thread that products are now individually itemized in customs forms. As agmatine seems to be sort of prohibited (I'm not sure if they just made shops in EU pull agmatine products or it's actually illegal), would this mean customs would see there's agmatine in my package, and that they'll seize it/fine me?

Apparently Netherlands is pretty easy with importing stuff, but I'm not so sure about this one.

I'm in norway and sometimes sweden, our customs are very thourough :)

Yeah, Norway is much more thorough than the Netherlands, that's for sure. Norway, Germany, and Belgium are the main ones that are sticklers.
