Would I be able to import agmatine to the Netherlands?

I read in another thread that products are now individually itemized in customs forms. As agmatine seems to be sort of prohibited (I'm not sure if they just made shops in EU pull agmatine products or it's actually illegal), would this mean customs would see there's agmatine in my package, and that they'll seize it/fine me?
Apparently Netherlands is pretty easy with importing stuff, but I'm not so sure about this one.

I'm also waiting on an order containing Agmatine that's taking a bit longer than expected to arrive (UK). Not an issue for me yet, I was expecting delays so I ordered early. It's been shipped with standard worldwide mail and stuck at the "scanned into sack/container" stage on April 7.
I'm more inclined to think this that it's due to COVID-19 than the Agmatine though.

Yeah, the UK never gives us issues, either. So it is likely just a shipping delay. Over the past few weeks, almost 100 countries have had our DHL Ecommerce service suspended to the entire country. This is why some customers don't see that option at checkout anymore. The UK is still fine, but delays are happening, for sure.
