Lion’s Mane: Differences in brands

I bought some Lions Mane in the hopes of helping my husband with his short term memory after a brain injury.
Being new to nootropics I searched around and got taken in by a shill post claiming all LM is not equal and then pimping their own brand. So I bought it even though it was pricey compared to the likes of ND.

We just thought it was an intractable symptom but LM made such a difference. We found out when he ran out for a few weeks and the myoclonus gradually returned.
Well I found out about the shill company and wanting to see if I could save some money I opted for another alcohol extraction from another company. The attributes looked fairly similar, but one difference is the new pills were much lighter in colour, the previous ones were very dark brown.

Rubbish, polysaccharides is the generic umbrella name for all the sugars in mushrooms and where all the medicinal content resides, it can then be further subdivided into beta glucans etc. You certainly wouldn't want a mushroom supplement that didn't have a high level of polysaccharides as this would mean it'd have no/very little medicinal value.
Their high strength version contains 50% polysaccharides and 30% beta glucans which they substantiate with independent lab tests.
