To the team at Nootropics Depot, I’m curious to know what are some in-house favorites among the products you sell?
What stacks do you guys take that drive development of such great products?

Could you share some more information on Berberine with me? I'd like to know more about it because pubchem lists it as acutely toxic https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/2353 but the studies referenced are all extremely old and seem to involve somewhat ridiculously large oral dosages. If you have a source for any better and more recent information on it I'd like to see it.
I'm also curious where you get your Tongkat Ali from, I don't see it for sale anywhere on ND, but I intend to purchase some in the near future and finally am wondering if you guys are ever planning to restock/sell the Zembrin Kanna formulation. I've read good things about it and want try it if you do plan on restocking.

Remember, Pubchem is a chemical analysis site. They are more concerned with physical properties and exposure warnings like you would have in an MSDS, not for supplements. Also, many things have acute toxicity. A lot of supplements you take can harm you if you take too much. It's the dose that makes the poison. Also, the route of administration is key. Don't inject berberine. That's when you see toxicity.
Acute toxicity of berberine and its correlation with the blood concentration in mice
A significant difference in bioavailability was observed between the different routes. Furthermore, the concentration of BBR in the blood from different IG doses was also significantly different. However, we discovered an interesting phenomenon indicating that the absorption of BBR by oral administration has a limit, therefore, explaining the difficulty in obtaining an LD50 of BBR for IG injection. From the analysis of BBR content in blood after various administrations, we hypothesized that not only does the concentration of BBR in blood contribute to its acute toxicity, but also the routes of administration may be an important facet that affects this toxicity evaluation.
IG means oral dosing in that study. So they did not even find an LD50 for oral administration.

We have not released it yet. It's coming, though. It will be the most potent on the market.

We are not restocking Zembrin. We are likely adding our own kanna extract, but the bank is being strange about wording. So we will likely not be able to call it kanna. We might just have to use the Latin name.
