Not to sound like a school-age fan girl but that's why people love ND/NH so much. You're a very rare person in the industry (and I mean that in the best way possible).
I've just had be be much more selective lately with sleep products as I've spent a lot of money, and tried almost everything out there (single ingredients and combination formulas; including doctor prescribed medication and a sleep study) over the last 5+ years, and nothing has helped past a few days (and the few times something did, it ended up making my depression much worse). It's a bit discouraging......

Yep, I totally get it. Buying things that don't work, or make things worse, gets super frustrating!
