Too much zinc and hair loss. Seems irreversible after stop supplementing

I took about 76 zinc picolinate daily 2.5-3 weeks the result is Im less hornier less motivated and get a thinner hair
Why would that happens. Also I would to mention I dicover old threads talking about the same.
I respect the opinion my hair issue can be caused by another factor but Im strongly suspect of zinc And I think too much about other things that may be the culprit but didnt find one
Why does zinc do that and how can I get my hair back. Lastly I admit its stupid I took a supplement without a laboratoy test. Just was excited about zinc testosterone muscles gains and such stuff

Actually LOWER zinc levels is correlated with hair loss, not higher. Even then, it was only significant in people with alopecia areata. Are you sure it was the zinc doing it?
