I couldn't find a lot of them and when I tried to purchase on the few sites I found either the transactions dont got through or they don't accept my card.

No, that's pretty unique. I'd say 7,8-DHF, polygala, and noopept would be the ones that hit closest to the same mechanisms. That's mainly BDNF. Noopept might be the closest.
