If anti-inflammatory drugs can aggravate COVID-19, would the same be the case for anti-inflammatory foods and supplements?

Title basically. If we should not take ibuprofen these days, should we also stay away from garlic? From CBD oil? From omega-3?

Doesn't Vitamin D upregulate ACE2? I know that Vitamin D is usually always amazing worh viruses and in the past putting patients with influenza in the sun has helped heal them quicker, I'm torn on that one but continuing my Vitamin D for now.

I don't think it does, but I am not 100% on that.

That says vitamin D reduces ACE2 expression. Again, I am not sure one way or the other. I am still taking my vitamin D every day. I won't stop that till I have some conclusive evidence that I should stop.
